@namzuns @RulerOT7Skies Eons ago when AOL was a thing I used to role play with a group and became great friends with 2 of the woman. They came cross country to visit me. We used our AOL names the whole weekend lol. Sadly we lost contact when AOL shut down.

  • NetpilUganda NETPIL (@NetpilUganda) reported

Hon. Betty Aol Ochan promised to support and push for this cause before the 10th Parliament closes its business.

@sbnumb3 I would’ve been told you big dog. However, that **** gets annoying when you don’t have a lot of storage & it makes ya system run like AOL.

  • Ruth77 Ruth77 (@Ruth77) reported

@aolmail when are you going to roll back that awful update? From the reviews it looks pretty unpopular. Think "New Coke." Think "If it ain't broke..." Really. We hate it.

  • maximumarbys 𐌑' AR𐌁丫 (@maximumarbys) reported

@wordcriminal i've tweeted something similar, but the same boomers who said to never give my name or address in AOL chatrooms are currently uploading government identification to facebook and giving out their social security numbers to obvious phishing emails

  • Jaypher_ Uncle Jaypher (@Jaypher_) reported

@tylerrobb @BattleNonSense Yeah the compatible games is my biggest issue. Trying to run both Corsairs new K70 with this mouse at 8K was insane. I thought the aol start up music was about to play

  • invid2000 Invid2K (@invid2000) reported

@DuncanCantDie The children will never understand. We were there at the dawn of thr commercial internet. When you had to choose between making phone calls, or connecting to the internet. The chirp, the squeal, the beautiful music of the dial-up modem. AOL diskettes as far as the eye can see.

  • KCBailey88 KCchickMO (@KCBailey88) reported

@KJDSportPsych @aolmail Did they ever fix this for you? Same thing happening to me the last 24 hrs

  • fauxy1994 David Faux (@fauxy1994) reported

@samriegel @sherlock_hulmes Silly question, perhaps, but did England have AOL? Was there an early dial-up service better branded for non-Americans online? I may look it up, but this post made me wonder. Some products expand beyond their naming, and I was curious if this was one of them.

  • NitoJUMPOFF Fernando Carcamo (@NitoJUMPOFF) reported

@nodqdotcom They went out of business because when they were still RED HOT and whole AOL/Time Warner merger happened, @EBischoff lost control because nobody wanted “wrasslin” on Turner TV anymore. It all went down hill from there ..... people need to research more !
