I know everyone knows it, but Outlook has the absolute worst user interface and the ugliest design of any email providers. Yes, including AOL.

@WashTimes @newtgingrich @WashTimesOpEd The solution isn't to make Twitter non-partisan. It's a private company with that right. And shouting at it isn't proving to work. The solution is to build other platforms. There was MySpace, Friendster, AOL, etc before Facebook and Twitter took over.

@CathyPegau I've had several domain names registered for years (my name, the name of my publishing LLC), but I've never figured out exactly what I want to do. Plus, my page building skills peaked in the heyday of AOL. I used to have web savvy friends, but that was several decades ago.😢

@Ianjwebb1J @portraitinflesh back then I remember thinking cliques were obviously bad because they were exclusive and we should include everyone and then AOL happened I realized cliques are really just self defence from being drowned in idiots.

@moneyymaya @NyLow9 Way back in the early days of internet I did this to a man from an AOL chat room. He went into the room to **** me off. So I emailed all the adult members his member. With the tag line, ‘where’s the rest of this button mushroom?’! He never returned.

@AOLSupportHelp I have NEVER had trouble resetting a password with any other website. The hoops you made us jump through were unreasonable and customer-unfriendly. Make this right — not for future customers, but right now, for my mother, who has been a customer for years.

@AOL Have attempted twice to speak to your customer service reps to reset my elderly mother’s password, to no avail. You couldn’t make things more difficult for a customer. You are absolutely the worst. THE WORST.

@AOLSupportHelp But you will make no effort to make this right for my mother?? I can give you the case number, so you can try to remedy this. Your rep’s security question, asking an 84-year-old woman to recall a subject line from an email she sent a week ago, was absurd. Fix this.
