    @MattWalshBlog @AOC Someone, like me but not necessarily me, could probably take those funds and fly to her abuela's and fix or hire professionals to fix up her home...and film it all, thereby bypassing AOL & her questionable ethics in complaining about a situation but refusing help for that person

    @Sosowski Aol and other carriers sent discs in the mail to connect you through your regular non fiber optic phone line and it was horrible, simply horrible.

    @steve_vladeck I'm not sure of the exact date. It was though AOL, probably between 1992 & 1994. I was just a kid, my family got lucky that we had a tech geek friend that handed me down all his old computers. I've got a 10 yr head start on my wife wrt computer literacy, and it shows.

    @AOLSupportHelp Actually called support - suggestion put this fix on the faq and first page so everyone know they need to delete old aol email account and recreate

    @_Senseal_ oh that sucks. Aol does address filtering too in case it's like a spoof or a weird string of numbers.
