AOL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JackCaz Adam (@JackCaz) reported

@Rob_Shenanigans @CHRlSBLAlN @benwinston As someone who was gutted both times, from my perspective the difference comes down to timing. Social media allowed Crew fans to unite quickly, many of whom had never met, and formed a collaborative that worked hard to get the message out. Dial-up AOL wasn't enough for Browns.

  • SmallChurchYm Small Church YM (@SmallChurchYm) reported

If you think AOL is dead, you have never looked at the contact info pages in a church directory.

  • Piggylicious Piggylicious (@Piggylicious) reported

I just unlocked a buried memory of being a 12 year old in an AOL anime discussion chatroom I used to hang out in all the time. Everyone else there had access to bootleg fansubs on VHS and my *** just had whatever was on Toonami.

  • sglockenspeil Jay Nonymous (@sglockenspeil) reported

@dinodlz @grantstern @funder On the plus side they did vote to fund upgrading the FL unemployment portal to support AOL and send every resident a floppy disk to access 100 free hours.

  • Piggylicious Piggylicious (@Piggylicious) reported

Had a crush on a member who went under the AOL screen name "MangoMina". I remember being incredibly bummed when I realized I was never gonna chat with her again.

@gannonbreslin Apple products are the AOL equivalent of hardware. Apple users are either trapped in the ecosystem or know **** all about technology and don't care to learn.

  • violetscrawley Tess 🦔 - wear a mask, please and thank you. (@violetscrawley) reported

@sfpelosi But her emails. The Pompeos misuse tax payers money and State staff, and the press treat it as filler story, but Hillary uses a private server for emails, as opposed to Colin Powell who used AOL!, and it is front page news for years.

  • MAB05547408 MAB@May-Bee (@MAB05547408) reported

@JoshuaMathewsJD @StephenKing Possibly, but it is becoming more & more the haves & the have nots. Not all streaming services allow a month to month subscription & I do not know how easy it is to cancel. When I had AOL, I was on the phone for over an hour to cancel, same experience with a cell phone provider.

@professoewho42 I normally order from AOL these days unless it's an exclusive, but the group buy ended up saving us some money this way. I did have some major trouble with the middle part of the order getting lost in transit but they made it right for me so it's all good.

  • Salvatoreexpat Salvatore (@Salvatoreexpat) reported

@nypost I’m here for ******* uncle comments. I miss the old days of harmless chain emails on AOL.
