If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

@loveliestlor This was my first and favorite phone! As a teen I never cared to get a cell phone until this came out because I was always on aol/aim and only liked texting and not actually talking on the phone...not much has changed tbh lol

@AOLSupportHelp It is not a email specific problem. Starting the last month or so, people's MS Outlook, Apple etc. email software, basically 3rd party software that access the AOL server using IMAP were starting to have issues. AOL only allows 10,000 emails to download now to a 3rd party app.

@Verizon hit my roaming data cap and the link I was sent timed out because your slowed data speed is too slow. Worse than AOL dial-up. You should be ashamed.

@anyotherleader @GraeArea_ @RachelReevesMP I'm not jealous of train drivers AOL and I certainly won't be joining a union, ANY union but I still say £54,000 is one hell of a wage but I am against strikes. The country grinds to a halt and worst of all they hurt decent, honourable people from going about their work. Shameful
