@michael_mazzara That’s a lot of value destruction if they just turn off reader rev altogether. Think about how Aol kept millions of subscribers for their service even after they stopped being an ISP. They’ve created a reader habit and should leverage that. I bet they can keep most current subs.

YouTube is the reason is use Streamable Twitter will be the reason I use something like tooter. Gmail's crap spam filter is the reason I use AOL Mail.

  • LarryRosenthal Larry Rosenthal (@LarryRosenthal) reported

@ID_AA_Carmack Pretty sure that happens from meta down;). aol never had 26 million users..lol

  • reasonpeason 🐏 Becca 🦑 (@reasonpeason) reported

Anyway, my family never used AOL in the dial up days and I find out almost 20 years later it's cause my aunt who lived with us for a short time **** talked so hard or something our household got straight up banned from using AOL forever and that's why we used CompuServe

  • pachecod Dan Pacheco (@pachecod) reported

Back when I worked as a product manager for AOL (when it was still a cool company), one of our mottos was "Innovate around the essential." Facebook should heed that advice. Locking people out of accounts and relying solely on bad AI to review IDs is not that.

  • LaurenRSully Lauren Sullivan (@LaurenRSully) reported

@AOLSupportHelp I’m not sure if you are able to help with this, but I am locked out of my aol mail account. I don’t have my number connected to my account to reset my password. Is there any other way I can reset my password?

  • JEMNutrition Judy E. Manisco (@JEMNutrition) reported

@HerbAlpert Pre-digital except for phone for emergency. I would keep AOL for business, but's that's all I really need. I think all this tech has a negative effect on the brain.

  • THM_T17 THM_T (@THM_T17) reported

@RickGivens @AccidentalCISO I'm thinking AOL CDs or like bad niche music.

  • Livbet Liv (@Livbet) reported

@AOLSupportHelp My husband has received several different emails (with suspect addresses) claiming to be AOL and talking about Terms of Service, Oath etc. Are these genuine?

  • DannyRathbun Danny Rathbun (@DannyRathbun) reported

You ever hear someone’s email address and realize you can never take them seriously? If your email address ends in aol . Com, I don’t want to hear what you have to say about anything
