@AOLSupportHelp My account suddenly won't log in, it says, Sorry, we don't recognize this email. And the account hasn't been able to generate an application password, so it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. Now the account is no longer logged in.

@NaomiNixWrites Dying cash cow might be a good description, a company with a slowly deteriorating product stuffed with more and more ads, unable to make the hard call to invest in customer experience and growth. Similar to AOL, Myspace, Tumblr, Geocities, Yahoo, and many others before.
