    @DaybreakHelp - I'm trying to access my old EverQuest account, but no longer have access to my original email because AOL killed Netscape off. (Yes, it's that old) Is there any way you can help me? I really want to play again and I want to use my OG Characters. Can prove I'm me!

    @laurenthehough Those were the days. AOL IM: “Been trying to call, you must be online cause all I got was a busy signal.”

    @amatetic You never heard of bulletin boards? Compuserve? Or even AOL? There was no internet in 89 but bulletin boards were run like websites. Bulletin board would be updated overnights from other boards. Later small internet providers were the way to get online.

    @Bello7atwinkie I met a guy in an aol chat room when I was 16 and we became friends on MySpace. We talked for years about meeting up but never did since he was in OH and I was in PA. Then one year I drove to Ohio for my best friends wedding and we ended up meeting up. It wasn’t life changing

    @whoischelsea_ Note that this comes from the original list created in an AOL chatroom in 1995 on a dial-up 56kbps modem network.

    @saxena_puru BTC is just a proof of concept - that a trustless ledger (instead of a 3rd party, like a bank) is unbreakable. We're in very early times, web 1995. Trustless ledgers will cut out middlemen from countless industries. BTC is probably AOL or Netscape. Don't yet know who will be AMZN

  • grant_b16 Grantb (@grant_b16) reported

    @FCWichita @SLSGsoccer I think they are using AOL as their streaming service. Buffers every 5 seconds!

  • MrGTR24 WSB-Pulse Airdrop Imminent! (@MrGTR24) reported

    @RaoulGMI I mean yes, it’s great!..and then there’s this... That’s a 1.5 year chart by the way. #BTC = AOL , #HEX = #Google ...it’s not even close. Going to need more chart. Send help
