@SHEsus__Christ I've had 5 accounts get cancelled because I cant control how I speak to Maggats. This is not going to go well for me and the AOL account I had to open. My main account used to have 2000 resistors, now I have 10. **** Musk

  • BFRlll the F. for finessing (@BFRlll) reported

I’ve never had an issue saying what I need to say on social media. From AOL Instant Messenger to now. May get put in timeout or lose an account from time to time but it’s the internet. Lmao who cares?

  • sanukram George Markunas (@sanukram) reported

When I read the crap on here from the loyal opposition, I really want to revert to no social media, back before Myspace, even before AOL chatrooms, Netscape even. There were as many crackpots back then, but they didn't have an instant global platform. Yeah, I know...

  • JonGorga Jon Gorga is Serious (@JonGorga) reported

@crysuno BINGO!! My mother taught me long, long ago, before social media– before text messages– before maybe even AOL Instant Messenger? Don’t write anything down you don’t want someone to read. I was probably 10-years-old.

  • 1rskl 𝚁𝚊𝚜𝚔𝚞𝚕✝️ (@1rskl) reported

@OnlyAnExcuse1 the worst thing that ever happened to the internet was the slow erosion of old style chat rooms. Nobody cared what shite you talked about. AOL for the win.

  • ethanjweiss Ethan J. Weiss (@ethanjweiss) reported

Also never forget that AOL once bought Time Warner for $182B

  • IllBeBanned Jamal (@IllBeBanned) reported

@TonyHussein4 who cares if people want to talk **** ITS THE INTERNET...people have the right to make there OWN decisions. You would have NEVER survived a AOL or Yahoo chatroom back in the 90s

  • isntJen 🤦🏻‍♀️Jen #TransRightsAreHumanRights (@isntJen) reported

@MindyBeeArt @rahxrahster 1995 here and almost wishing I never tried to use AOL back in the late 90’s

  • johnhollinger John Hollinger (@johnhollinger) reported

@megreyes_ still got an AOL CD that was pressed into service as a coaster somewhere in here.

  • BurntOrangeMD Burnt Orange MD (@BurntOrangeMD) reported

@_StephanieMyers I remember when Netscape went from a $2 billion dollar company to a $4 billion dollar company almost overnight, when it merged with AOL. Then all of the employees went down the street to build Google, now worth north of $251 billion dollars. Where are the twatters going to go?
