Whoever has taken an ‘AOL’ route into this heaven get off it immediately. There are no shortcuts. That is for you! Do social service the normal way. Do not remain misinformed. Puns aren’t intended to establish a new law of nature. You play GOD, you destroy the world.

  • JingleBeau4 MileRiverMedia Steve 🌊📸 (@JingleBeau4) reported from Baldwin, Pennsylvania

Oh yes, and back in the waaaay old days (like 1994) internet services (or their closed-circuit predecessors like Prodigy, AOL, and Compuserve) charged BY THe HOUR for service. Think about how many people would stay off the internet if that were the truth today!

  • King_Pen_ young ShellShock (@King_Pen_) reported from North Versailles, Pennsylvania

Lucci woulda never got caught up in the AOL days. Bae would be lurking but soon as her momma pick up the phone she’d have to start over 😭

Horn's only a senior adviser at WarnerMedia, but this damage is THAT irreparable. They couldn't make the AOL merger work, killed WCW (AEW, pay attention!), DCEU-Znyderverse is a dud, HBO Max appears to be merged w/Discovery+, Batgirl is dead, CNN+ lasted three minutes

  • pjaol Patrick O'Leary 💉 💉🇮🇪🇺🇸🏰🚢🏰 (@pjaol) reported

@8lettersuk You know I was amazed AOL never created an API for keywords to put into browsers - sponsored keywords direct to destination without search engines showing competitors would have made money; oh well

  • RegalPastry KingOfPies (@RegalPastry) reported

@newjasonhorn @jrobertdeans I feel bad because I so want to call the corporation: Warner Communication. Without looking it up, I don't know the current proper name for the company that owns lots if companies. Well, I guess it has Discovery on its current name. I swear Time-Warner should have bought AOL

  • KingOrleans Brian King (@KingOrleans) reported

@GrantHermes Will the new AOL floppies fix the problem?

  • tijn2001 C.M. hostetler (@tijn2001) reported

@discoveryplus **** you guys for killing off HBO Max. **** you guys for trying to take Warner Bros Studios a highly revered movie studio and chop it to pieces for more spinoffs of 90 Day Fiance. FIRE YOUR CEO YOU MORONS. Worst merger since AOL Time Warner

  • Bcarter312 Brandon Carter (@Bcarter312) reported

@Kristouk @Cyntaxed007 @Funkyjbell I just think it's funny me and my brother did the same thing. We would pretend we were young girls to **** with grown men in the AOL chat room as kids. Man the internet was the wild wild west back then. Well I guess it still happens but u got to go dark web I'm guessing.

  • RegalPastry KingOfPies (@RegalPastry) reported

@newjasonhorn @jrobertdeans The Warner corporation has had a series of bad ownerships/ mergers. AOL-- which barely made sense ATT--all about tax write offs Now this merger w/ TV net It was makes the time when Ted Turner was influential these prior AOL seem like a golden age for all of the Warner companies

  • ChristinaKalmer christinakalmer (@ChristinaKalmer) reported

I will never stop making fun of Sam for still having an aol account.

  • BisquickBoss BisquickBoss 🤠🏳️‍🌈🥞 (@BisquickBoss) reported

Warner Bros has always made bad decisions… - They once sold off Looney Tunes cartoons b/c WB thought they were worthless & had to pay a fortune to get them back. - WB was once owned by a parking lot company w/ tenuous mob ties. - AOL Time Warner. - And now this Discovery ****.
