@AOLSupportHelp I am so so sick and tired of every single email from a recruiter or job offer is going to my spam. Your spam filters are AWFUL and need an option to be less sensitive. I'VE LOST JOB OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE OF YOU. And there isn't even a new mail indicator next to spam like inbox!!

  • linusesq linusesq (@linusesq) reported from Borough of Lansdale, Pennsylvania

For the first time Google AI actually HELPED me fix something that usually frustrates TF out of me (getting my Windows 10 ers Outlook 2010... which has ALL my emails going back to forever to speak with my current crappy @verizon AOL email account.)

@MarshaBlackburn America will actually be energy independent with green energy. Why don’t you support American green energy producers? Why the push back against progress? Do you still use dial up AOL? Do you drive with leaded gasoline, use CFCs in your hairspray, spray DDT to kill mosquitos, etc.

Meta owns 7 of the top 10 SM sites. Twitter is already way down on the list, when it comes to actual total users. This sale will not help their BL. Folks will start asking about Twitter, the way they do about MySpace & AOL. “Folks still use that?”

  • seemaychou seemay chou (@seemaychou) reported

Wow, really underestimated how much there was to explain so this made sense to a 12yo now: "When I was 12, I called a church pastor to see if he could help me install an AOL cd from the mail so i could get online. I got in trouble when my brother picked up the phone and heard."

  • totallyTiwari Aseem (@totallyTiwari) reported

It’s too bad aol instant messenger shut down a few years ago.

  • FunkleberryTwit Funkleberry (@FunkleberryTwit) reported

@Gikarisama @BBCWorld All are in danger of becoming like MySpace, Alta Vista & AOL by over-reaching. There are so many issues with on-line/cloud invasiveness & privacy that (a bit like COVID reintroducing personal space) there could be a movement where specific apps exist detached from the Internet.

Big "AOL Time Warner" vibes from this Twitter deal. Like, it's so transparently a terrible deal. Hilarious.

  • rosenbaumlaw Ary Rosenbaum (@rosenbaumlaw) reported

@davemeltzerWON I think the AOL-Time Warner merger was the beginning of the end for WCW and the need to cut down on costs

  • IncompetentInv Incompetent_Investor (@IncompetentInv) reported

AmeriHome Mortgage is a Voxtur AOL customer 👍 $VXTR $VXTRF

  • Prjndigo0 Prjndigo (@Prjndigo0) reported

@discord can you fools PLEASE input code to keep the user list from jiggling up and down like a shocked pile of fish on dry land while I'm scrolling through it on your application? AOL figured that one out in 1990!

  • armchairshrink Armchairshrink (@armchairshrink) reported

@peterC3k @Convolutedname It's been a weird long slog from AOL at 15 to newsgroups, irc, LiveJournal, Tumblr, reddit and now here I am, just a girl with a broken brain, begging someone to make me log off
