    @britcoal @remi_rousselet @csells I had to cancel AOL once, and it was pretty bad. The guy was giving me the usual nonsense and I tried to be reasonable, but, he kept it going for far longer than I had patience for, so, I got very angry with him and made him cry and then he processed the cancellation.

    @xto9074 @remi_rousselet @csells Remember the hoops people had to go through to cancel AOL? I never had it myself but I remember people would just keep paying because it was so tedious to cancel.

    @nicolesimone Isn't it all the same these days? Attention online is very easily translated into the "real" world. It's not like it used to be where the people you'd talk to on AOL you knew you'd never meet.
