@PhillyMike My best friend worked in one of the towers. Luckily he went to work later than most people. There was no cell service that day so the only way to finally communicate with him was via AOL IM lol

@jaybeonni Ohh i thought you misread it hahahha i got 4 points. I couldn’t afford encyclopedias & vinyls, not American so never had an aol address, and where I was rotary phone was not common. I remember seeing one but never actually used it

@TheProxyGuy I'm on the Boomer/GenX cusp and I got 2. I never had a MySpace account, and I never signed up to AOL. I didn't see a use for social media at the time, and since I was a techie I didn't want anybody between me and the internet.

@ladytuono got 2, myspace because I was never big into social media (got on facebook very late as well), and dial-up because my family didn’t have internet at home at All for a long *** time. (technically should be 4, but neither checks nor AOL were a Thing here, so N/A I suppose)
