@PhillyMike My best friend worked in one of the towers. Luckily he went to work later than most people. There was no cell service that day so the only way to finally communicate with him was via AOL IM lol

@jenmcpt @RadioFreeTom They're all terrible. AOL recently did some sort of revamp and wiped out every saved mail folder. I had recipes, online charity receipts, mail strings with bankers, tax accountants, friends who have since died...all gone now. Bastards.

@aolmail What’s most important is actually being able to access Mail at all and perhaps being able to reset your password, neither of which you have been bothered to reply to me about. 10 days now without access and without any help whatsoever. Terrible company with awful customer service

@sean0to10k Exactly this. Bottom line is we need to look at our email data based on recipient domains. When you see a problem like this you need to BLOCK sending emails to all high-risk ESPs like Outlook/hotmail/aol ASAP. Auto-spam complaints like these will KILL your campaigns otherwise
