@JFrankensteiner I’ll never accept this reality. When I was a little girl, with a brand new thing called the internet, I scoured AOL for a copy of Angels With Filthy Souls for my dad who thought it was the best movie ever made. I was destroyed to find the truth. Destroyed.

@Monstrecrypto @inmortalcrypto this will change with time...how long as Solana even been out there? Maybe 2 years? If you're not shocked or impressed by the growth and continued developer community numbers increasing then idk what to tell ya. People said the same **** about AOL...

@ReggieMiddleton He and his team better figure out a solution before his competition resolves the issue for him. Sometimes being first is not advantageous. Example: AOL

@MommyCocktail It’s okay, I’ll just be over here, actively using my aol email address for spam only and never actually telling a real human I have it

What do we know about K-12 school and the intersection of law enforcement and courts though - we just had to handle these faces for @.aol and @.FBoversight Facebook . Back in 90s though we called & spoke with parents - NOT charged minors with serious felonies for stupid things

  • mrgreene1977 Tristan Greene 🏳‍🌈 (@mrgreene1977) reported

And people laughed when I said Xbox Live is the future of gaming and it'll be way bigger than whatever the hell Sega was trying to do with Dreamcast. And, yes, Metaverse is stupid. AOL was stupid. And so were video games, to most people, in 2001. Just like crypto in 2015...

@technologypoet first to market usually leads... doesnt mean theyll win in the end, theyll just lead. look how bad eth is now... aol also led...

@1MainCapital NFLX is the AOL of this era. Customer acquisition cost growth rate will exceed revenue growth and the stock will hit the wall. AOL execs were smart enough to sell the company before that happened.

  • StevoFNF Screamvo Boo-rtz - Consumed by The Pumpkins (@StevoFNF) reported

@Foone Yo, that's hot **** but have you ever tried buying PS1 backups from a list you found on the AOL games channel?

  • Process_xbt Full (💀,💀) (@Process_xbt) reported

$eth is not going the future of L1s. Think more aol, yahoo, etc. The gas problem is not a bug, it’s a feature, and eventually it’ll be the death of $eth
