  Hey @Mail_Gun, still can't send to AOL/Yahoo users after support ticket, account upgrade, and call to support. Instead of help, your representative (Ben) was argumentative and only offered reasons why your service cannot meet the very basic need of a business to reach customers.

  @ItsGoneAwry @TruismsT random people from anywhere could open a chat box with you, if you were on Compuserv which is what I had and perhaps AOL but I never joined that one. You could change your name to anything, one night I used Hot Doggie and got all kinds of chatters opening boxes.

  So I can't find another number for this POS company to call, I can't find an aol customer service email address and I can't find aol online customer chat but the aol site at the bottom has supposed support on social apps @twitter and @facebook, so I went to the aol facebook site
