For the first time Google AI actually HELPED me fix something that usually frustrates TF out of me (getting my Windows 10 ers Outlook 2010... which has ALL my emails going back to forever to speak with my current crappy @verizon AOL email account.)

I was just remembering back before AOL completely died... Probably v4.0. I frequented the Neopets chatroom (which was never the topic) and AOL just introduced a sort of moderator role where that person had all control of kicking people from the room.

@mrchrstphrbrwn Damn. I was only on mIRC back then. But didn't get internet through AOL either at home or at school, either. Never used it.

  • laz_versalles Laz Versalles (@laz_versalles) reported

We are asking millions of people over 65 to login, create an account, schedule an appointment, and print/pdf their form to bring with them. Many of these people have AOL email addresses. How do you think this process is going?

  • 3wks OfficeBoundTraveler (@3wks) reported

@Texarchivist Yes. It was eventually marketed as a standalone service. Not sure if you had to pay for it. I used a steady stream of free AOL minutes provided on CD-ROMs

  • Smartrick_Picks Smartrick (@Smartrick_Picks) reported

Getting @chamath on board would show the world that $IDEX is the android of EV. I know you and @alf_poor never worked together at AOL but you gotta know each other Chamath left AOL in 2005 Alf joined AOL in 2006

  • Michael10256024 Michael🏳️‍🌈🇺🇸🌈 (@Michael10256024) reported

@WDCreports Back in my AOL days, I was in a chat room for ADD and had 5 IM's open. When I logged out I realized that having an ADD support room on the Net was like having an AA meeting at the local bar. LOL #truestory

  • STx3Content Shana (@STx3Content) reported

@thatcontentshed @Dee_WkdCreative So like an oldschool AOL chat room but with out loud words. DAMN that would be annoying as hell. All these people screaming A/S/L at you.

  • AriAgbabian Ari Agbabian (@AriAgbabian) reported

Alan Turing obviously never tried to seduce a porn bot on AOL Messenger in the mid 90s and it shows.

  • wanyinbot Jiang Cheng (@wanyinbot) reported

Jin Ling. Come help me guess Wei Wuxian's AOL password
