@13banger83 @MrCumbria80 @davemeltzerWON Time Warner that owned them . The AOL deal wasn’t finalized until a little over a month before WCW was sold. I’m sure the 24 months when the deal was being worked out didn’t help but AOL was buying a 150+ billion dollar company. The already failing WCW wasn’t a huge factor

@AOLSupportHelp what a joke. AOL have removed support for 3rd party apps so I’m forced to use their own app or website or abandon my 20 year old email address that everything revolves around. Great customer support. Smacks of ad revenue generation.

Thanks Emin, wherever you are. My main email is gmail, but I also now have yahoo, outlook, and a new aol account. I intuitively knew never to use the Verisign aol account. It was shut down, and the project was too. Now AOL is stalking you, Emin. Just open an account, and

@OtsegoCommish Ugh It’s like one of those unhinged forwarded chainletter emails from back in the AOL days, w the many different fonts and conspiracies, but without the quaint conventional wisdoms. Sad to see it. Also there are legitimate reasons to FOIL for data and this spam doesn’t help.
