WCW had debt from Turner, bad contracts, and AOL didn't want wrestling. ECW went out of business because Paul Heyman had a gambling problem. Vince McMahon gave Heyman personal loans to keep ECW a float. Austin didn't kill anyone. Bischoff and Heyman had him and didn't do anything with him.

Branch Floridian (@JackLinFLL) reported@LargeLa6182 @Starlink Old Sat tech here. I finally got out in 2005 because terrestrial options totally killed the market. I installed a ton of AOL+ systems. It was hughsnet on G3, got 400kb down and an analog modem was the uplink. Those things were awesome at the time!! Personally I had 1.5mb DSL lol

Stygian Styx (@StygianStyx) reported@Jerinson0 @NotiPlay_ You have never lived out in the country have you? When I was in highscool we had to drive like 30 miles just to use internet that wasn't AOL. Also I lost my house in FFXIV because I wasn't able to play for a few months after my real house was robbed at gunpoint and we lost all our stuff.

Nick (@nas8558) reported@hazzaricks Was an every week watcher since 1996. I gave up on the product last year. Say what you want about Vince McMahon but he would have never let his product die. Sadly its going out like WCW did after the AOL Time Warner merger.

I knew it! (@Kaseyswife4life) reported@_sean_mcadam We were poor we didn't get internet until the whole AOL thing. I remember my dad buying a computer for the "whole family", and then he discovered the Sims, and train simulator and then we couldn't get him off of it.
