    @joshtwist @daveon back when I was hiring for the technology channel at AOL, I found it hard to find any applicants who realised that AOL was an online service and not just the tiny public web site, which is a thing someone writing about technology should have maybe known

    @cybe @HenryMakow Yes, I was wondering about that. I definitely do not use Spamhaus, and have trouble emailing Henry and others, from both Gmail and AOL mail.

    Not sure how big the outage is but email to @yahoomail addresses (to include @AOL) are getting kicked back with delivery errors.

    @AOL is it usual for your customer support team to cut people off from communicating further with a problem that is not of an individuals making? I've sent 4 emails, got a response to 1, yet you want me to complete satisfaction surveys.
