@Disillu44186678 @WWFCounselor I’m sure there was discourse, but it was likely limited to smaller forums and AOL Instant Messenger or something. Social Media has REALLY magnified both the good and the bad aspects of wrestling fandom in a big way.

I got kicked off brighthouse doing it in the old AOL era but just claimed to have been trojan horsed otget resotred and stopped spearphishing. today I have anonymity tools that I would never get kicked offm y ISP with.

You know what's kinda crazy? How email has never been replaced by another system despite dating back to the early internet. Like, I know the backend has changed but for the end user, pretty much the same thing it was when you dialed in to AOL.

@StirringDragon 1 point for me too as I’ve never used AOL but then I am from the UK. Technically I could say I got 2 points as I’ve never sent a ‘check’ either though I did send plenty of ‘cheques’ back in the day! 🤪

@MichaelDaignau3 @jakewisk It says you get a point for anything you've NEVER done. I'm in my 40s and have done every single thing except have an AOL email address. I only had an AIM account.
