Talking to all those customer service people overseas. Would have been good jobs for stay at home people who lost their jobs because of Covid economy Spoke to Optima and AOL today in the Phillipines.

Also omg memes used to get me THROUGH **** & now they’re just…terrible. Some pun we’ve all seen a bazillion times since it was first in AOL email forwards quoted over just a rando influencer pic? Videos of words?! I’ll never forgive us for ruining memes tbh, utter failure.

@quickbear @gr3yg00 Yes, that makes sense!! I remember that I mainly used internet at university (text only). Then I bought a modem, but it took a while for it to be useful. First there were BBS (bulletin board service: useless), later AOL, and again later real internet access.
