Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Escondido and nearby locations:

  • Hendel Lt (ir)Rev Hendel (@Hendel) reported from San Diego, California

I appear to be receiving spam email sent to @aol.com addresses - I’ve never had one. Sure would be useful to dig down and see all the headers on those messages, @SparkMailApp. 🤨

  • socaluncensored SoCal UNCENSORED (@socaluncensored) reported from San Diego, California

I'm going to treat tomorrow like it is 1997 all over again and flip between AEW and NXT in commercial breaks. Also, since there was no social media back then I'm going to sign onto AOL and rage about the shows in a chatroom. After I go to Blockbuster and pick up a disk that is.

  • justex07 Justin Scott (@justex07) reported from San Diego, California

@itsonlyzach I had that same sort of AOL/Yahoo IM gaymotional support. Literally life saving.

  • SickNantangelo Nick Santangelo (@SickNantangelo) reported

@BardicKnowledge That is pretty helpful, thanks. LoZ and ALttP I absolutely love so hoping you mean like those two. AoL, though, I have honestly never even been able to beat the first dungeon, often can't even find the damn thing haha.

  • daniel_wwf Daniel ⚡🥑🇮🇲 (@daniel_wwf) reported

@AycagKal @RodinasalahR @NortonSupport Why are they using Gmail? I guess it's the better email service. Still using my AOL email and got a bunch of those CDs around. But no drive...😭

  • Joeyself Joseph Self (@Joeyself) reported

@NewStyle303 @JeffCassidy @andymstone No question that this isn’t a 1A issue. I am old enough to remember when AOL, Netscape, Yahoo and MySpace were the big things in tech. I am not saying Facebook, Google and Twitter will meet a similar fate—and I’m not saying they won’t if they alienate enough of their customers.

  • ItzRowland22 Rorureru (@ItzRowland22) reported

@aolmail Okay I sent an dm to one of the aol customer support pages.... Hopefully that's the right one. The link that's posted took me to select a person to send a DM too...not like the link sending me to a aol account or anything

  • cryptogeek101 Cryptogeek101 (@cryptogeek101) reported

@AndrewDARMACAP ethereum is garbage and it's the aol of crypto

  • spookylilj delusional jess (@spookylilj) reported

  • TheIrishPickle Reverend 🥒Pï€ķĺə🥒 VTuber/Nekko-mancer (@TheIrishPickle) reported

@Cimrai 20 years ago you told me "you can get paid to yell at people on the interwebs" i would've laughed and picked up the phone to hang up AOL.

  • PrisonPlanet Paul Joseph Watson (@PrisonPlanet) reported

For anyone who is too overawed or concerned about committing to something in the fear it will never amount to anything, I started off in 2001 with an AOL email list that included a total of 25 people.

  • NotEcons Econs🏕 (@NotEcons) reported

You know shout out to people who still use like a hotmail or a aol email, or some ancient service like that. You are either really dedicated to your legacy email address, or just a contrarian who’s like “I’m nEVer GoIng to sWITCH to gMaiL”
