AOL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ReduceTheSauce Patrickmantonio (@ReduceTheSauce) reported

@STIKIDIKIJ @georgehahn @janemarielynch I meant in so far as they tried to become a partitioned section of the internet that nobody ever has to leave. You are correct though that AOL never even got close to FB's algorythmic confirmation-bias dopamine-rewarding feedback-loops.

  • willedit4food @willedit4food (@willedit4food) reported

@ischarstillhere That gives me nightmares of trying to cancel stuff like AOL back in the day! With call centers in India 😳

  • JKo3141 antidote for dunces (Dunning-Kruger effect) (@JKo3141) reported

@Todd48161182 They're serious. 10% isn't a bad idea, but thinking TSLA is a real company is the flaw. Just like Enron, Yahoo!, MCI, AOL, etc., you can't convince a dunce that they've invested into a dud.

  • GromerFredrik Fredrik C Gromer (@GromerFredrik) reported

@ethereumJoseph ETH has never been decentralized and proof of work does not work. ETH = AOL

  • GrischukTommy TommyGrischuk (@GrischukTommy) reported

AOL chat rooms never died. They just became annoying, overlong group texts.

  • TikiRose Mary Rose Adler (@TikiRose) reported

@theliamnissan I know quite a few Karens who aren't Karens, and some Brandons who aren't considered Biden. Why can't folks just use normal terms: dipstick, jerk, *******, dipwad, creep, bully, fool, idiot... I'll stop here, lest I get in trouble with Twitter like I did AOL

  • leviweaver the non-baseball account (@leviweaver) reported

@rileybreck Mm, no it was more like uh [absent-mindedly looking around for an AOL dial-up connection sound] hang on

  • Darkstar1689_ Darkstar1689 (@Darkstar1689_) reported

Hey @AOL remember when we would all just hang out in chat rooms dedicated to one topic and just, chat? Imagine the simplicity then.....#backinmyday

  • blm849 Bernie Michalik (@blm849) reported

@DougSaunders @AGuyNicholson oh yes...that is a classic! (P.S. I tried to sign up for an AOL email as a joke and the process is so bad I gave up. There are still old colleagues I know with one of those.)

  • hoovfuckndawg fat boy fall (@hoovfuckndawg) reported

Sorry I don’t trust anybody who still uses aol email and hotmail. Y’all never grew up.
