    @AmyDentata It's the same reason why gaudy desktop PC lights are a mess of vendor lock-in, And why we've reinvented the bad old days of infinite cable bundles and of AOL channels (which is about the nicest way I can think to describe the deliberate interop friction between social media apps)

    @Norton I'm trying to cancel my auto renew. I got billed on my credit card, but I haven't used the program or had the computer that its on for years now. I also don't have access to the AOL email that it associated with, how can i Cancel?

    @Google I am attempting to recover a google account associated with an aol email address and a landline phone number. I have access to both of these things, but I don't remember the password. I can't access recovery text messages on the landline. Can you help me?

    @kittypurrzog How the migration is going. I know AOL made a fortune off of people forgetting to cancel their accounts. It's risky to bet against inertia.

    Even tho WCW was a causality of the AOL Time Warner merger,I believe if Eric Bischoff had someone to bankroll a WCW relaunch it could have solved that problem a long time ago to stop WWE for getting those years of dominance. Face it,We enabled WWE to become the monster in the PWI

    @KyleClark I wrote for AOL for a minute in the late '90s and sent drafts to sources I profiled to correct errors. My editor required it but it felt wrong. I remember one jazz musician asked me to call not to call her performances "gigs."

    @SeanDanielsen @AOL If I could remember my password. I’d still use it. I get excited when I see them. Then I skip down memory lane. Back to the times when I was BewitchedKat99. The aol profiles, AIM. The away messages *chef’s kiss* what a time.

    @naebumaye Good lord, it sounds like either they want you to rage quit and keep the service or lull you into keeping it or upgrading. AOL use to do that **** back in the day
