    Hi @aolmail, clearly you guys have problems with your own mail server since about a week, how come there is no solution and you tell us that the only way is to create a whole new account? Given the fact that the account we are talking about is at LEAST 20 years old?

    @aolmail Hi. I have a complaint. My client, an elderly and vulnerable lady who has had an AOL mailbox for over a decade has been locked out of her account for over a week. All she wants is to reset her password and gain access to her account.

    @AOLSupportHelp hi I don't appear to be getting emails to my phone. Tried logging in via my computer but can't remember my password and when I try to reset it it says error. Can anyone help me please?
