@freshhotslurry Between the fossilized AOL trial disks and rise of the Sons of Avarice, there was **** undreamed of. Hither came Flying Suit Reiko, a thief, a joker, a japanimation nerd. With ******* protagonist and stuffer girlfriend, to line the shame binder with the rest of the printed ****.

@Fritz844 At this point I think most of the value comes from Insta, FB proper is a legacy asset like AOL that will just die a slow death but throw off tons of cash flow in the meantime

@annetokarski Ah, never mind. 90s band reference. But also I didn't know young people took Prozac. I thought you could only get a scrip with an aol account.

@seanorr if you have the hardware, I recommend checking out the PS2 game. Game sucks. BUT. In the same way the flip phones, AOL chat rooms, etc make the show a period piece, the mediocrity of the game highlights the shows dark humor about the decaying American Dream

  • WhicherThe Dr. Whicher (@WhicherThe) reported

I miss things like AOL, they never suspended you except if you didnt pay your bill. None of the TechnoFacism you find now. Better days.

In some ways you might think he's even more powerful now with his name never in anyone's mouth except for Cartoon Network fanatics, but really its just because AOL went belly-up and totally kneecapped him.
