  • MarkHarrisNYC Mark Harris (@MarkHarrisNYC) reported

I literally just came home to a letter from AT&T informing me that information about my Time Inc. retirement account will henceforth be sent to (wait for it) my AOL address. The history of very bad decisions made by very rich men in one page.

  • KatieKlebold 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝 ♡ (@KatieKlebold) reported

The way Dylan and Eric had to go into a store and ask for there shirts never makes me not laugh. Just imagine Dylan asking for his AOL/wrath shirt and Eric asking for a natural selection shirt 😭 that's borderline embarrassing.. 😭

  • jacobtender Jacob Tender (@jacobtender) reported

More gratitude: it was a chore to string it along, but I now have Ethernet going up to my office. First time hard-wired at home since I had AOL. Speed isn't much different, but the reliability issues on my work machine should be gone. The Synology arrives tomorrow.

  • bidisasters dimitri's areadbhar cosy (@bidisasters) reported

i think regardless of ships or character preferences everyone should see dimitri’s S support at least once for the comedy of him standing there in dumbfounded silence as his brain does the AOL dial up noise

  • WmLeverette Billfred Leverette (@WmLeverette) reported

@simontarr As a fan of the wrestling show on a Turner network, I’m inherently concerned. (The AOL-Time Warner merger was the final blow that killed WCW in 2001, since it diluted Ted Turner’s shares and sway. Different scenario now, BUT STILL.)

  • lisamariemims Lisa Mims (@lisamariemims) reported

@stefenenick @lorakolodny AOL chat rooms spawned many male artistic and professional careers. They were awful if you were young and female. I spent years in therapy, talking about some of the narcissist(s) I met in a particular AOL chatroom. It also made me an expert on narcissism. There’s always an upside

  • VMilkie Vincenza Milkie (@VMilkie) reported

@ VerizonSupport hi i am having trouble accessing one of my email accounts. Wont accept my password. It’s AOL. Who do I reach out to

  • Travis_Cabage Travis Cabage (@Travis_Cabage) reported

@MarkNagi @nde1978 IMO, WCW & nWo died the night Goldberg tore through them in the Georgia Dome. The company itself went away because of AOL/Time Warner. But creatively, WCW was never the same after that Nitro.

  • daleadamson13 dale adamson (@daleadamson13) reported

@Dabigman5 @narmacnetworth @MarketRebels The spectrum auctions are insane expensive. Drives majority of the costs add in a couple really bad acquisitions like Yahoo and AOl.and there ya have it

  • AskMarcio Marcio Moerbeck (@AskMarcio) reported

@bruceclarkprof @djgeoffe I can't forget AOL claiming all these content synergies that never panned out. I got a really swag bag, though!
