@NikkiHesford @stillmyopinion @DominicFarrell Well I’ve been online and awful long time since the days when aol where a thing and charged £2.50 an hour and all the way through, so excuse my apparent newness to the Facebook platform, since it launched in the U.K. but I’ve never had to prove my name or address.

@TSOH_Investing Netflix has a higher price than that of every other streaming service available. This isn't 2010. Netflix is quickly becoming AOL.

@microchip32 @jeriellsworth I used to laugh when all the shows like this ran or local news did a hype piece for that reason. Umm, duh, some of us have been on there for a decade or in my case, longer for others, with BBS life earlier and alongside it. Silly newbs! Damn AOL users ruined the net!

@EloiseFaichney "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Twelve hundred bits per second off the backbone of AOL. I watched fonts glitter in the dark on The Gate BBS. All those moments will be lost in time, like errors on the line. Time to log out."

@UncleJessy4Real @MegavoltService manfrotto makes some nice stuff, but man all that **** is so needlessly expensive for most jobs. especially things like youtube content. when i worked for AOL we were working on beskor and d&s tripods and had c200 mounted on them nbd. that’s really the weight limit though.
