@glendaEmoore @inqdragon2 Folks pay for all kinds of services - haircuts, phones, texting, Internet service, vehicle repairs, house cleaning, appliance repairs, banking, and more. Folks paid for @AOL when it was one of the most popular Internet services. We stopped paying and got a lot of polluted crap!

@elonmusk Have you ever gone into any @AOL chatrooms to see how they work? AOL users pay for having that access. I use it whenever @Twitter punishes me by limiting my account access. I go to AOL chatrooms just to discuss stuff. Twitter could have discussion "issues" chatrooms.

AOL Had Instant Messanger and EVERYONE was on it, Non Stop, Addicted, NEEDED IT. And AOL kept thinking about monetizing it or making you pay for it, but never could because they knew what would happen. Eventually it happens anyway with online stuff.
