    5. So I thought I was super cool back in the AOL days (friggen aging myself here) and made some weird mash up of my first and middle names. Turns out it is never taken on any social outlets. Kinda handy even tho everyone butchers it.

@alephbetsoup The amount of power tripping done by college professors would be comical if it wasn’t so harmful. Did you pass my exams? You’re going to pass my classes. Grinding ppl down for missing class is part ego, part phone-it-in for AOL. I applaud your bravery & wish you hadn’t needed it

  • Chip192203 Steve Connolly (@Chip192203) reported

@AOLSupportHelp Lookls like your spellcheck needs a bit of help. Have noticed on numerous occasions that if you accidentally fat finger a number into the middle of a word it does not detect it as a misspell. Most recent case being: environm3nt

  • The_Jeremy The Jeremy (@The_Jeremy) reported

@ThatChrisGore Remember when Twitter was being promoted as the place to get away fro all the stupid people on Facebook? I remember when Facebook pulled that on MySpace. Can’t remember if MySpace did that to Friendster first. Maybe GEnie or AOL did that to Compuserve and The Source first.

@surnell @vinaya_pai Good at least you admitted it. And then what were your next tweets. AOL teaches you to call other "****"??

@fumikochino @blandro Once I realized how bad Prodigy and AOL were, I figured we were several decades away from Skynet.

@LeCatProduction Granny would never use social media. In this age, she would use the Internet for AOL message forums
