@Peteparis48 @AOLSupportHelp 2 factor auth is not activated. I deleted the account first to see if re-adding it worked first (I did not have a solution at that time) and it kept saying it was wrong credentials. I created the 'app password' then and used it, and it worked as is using it.

@aolmail When is the issue with accessing email through I-phones or I pads going to be addressed or fixed? Yes, I can access through the aol app but it was easier using the email app on my iPhone.

11. The problems come up immediately after Lockheed wins and they have to take their aerodynamically sound X-35 and turn it into three versions of a mass produced F-35. Google had just been invented. Tech was moving fast and they didn’t want to deliver a jet stuck in the AOL era.

@AOLSupportHelp Thank you for actually responding. but why do you need me to DM when’s there’s clearly an incompatibility issue. This needs addressing publicly surely?

@kalistacat The Internet never ends. Like trying to get out of that old AOL contract. You have to let your credit card expire.

@MathieuPAGES @AOLSupportHelp That’s useful. I’m surprised they didn’t inform ALL users of the issues and the possibility. Was this possible without having to remove the AOL account from the Android mail browser? The biggest fear is that mail or notes may get lost.
