Dr MDE πΊπ¦ #FBPE #GTTO #FBPA π»π¨βπΎπ¨βπ³πΆπͺπΊβοΈ (@mdareedwards) reported from Sandford-on-Thames, England@BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

Hari (@Hari89886353) reported@BarclaysUK As a customer of over 20 years, please stop this. We want you to provide banking services, not social justice lectures. Please stop.

Ursula con Der Leyen (@JohnMcG55334977) reported@BarclaysUK I now indentify as a non Barclays customer.

Poppy99 (@Poppy99) reported@BarclaysUK Tired of all these companies who are there to provide a service like banking, but then trying to educate and preach. It is not their role. Be exemplar at what you are supposed to do, like provide a good customer service and decent savings rates, not jump on a bandwagon.

Claire Wileman (@ClaireWileman) reported@damebabsdbe @la_grimpeur @BarclaysUK Food banks are a government problem, unsure how you can blame them on the banks when they are caused by government policy. Also I donβt think the can just give money out to whoever asks, if they did that they wouldnβt be a bank for very long!

Peter Sewell Earl of Dumbarton (@portly_pete) reported@deplorabristol @BarclaysUK I first opened a bank account as a student. It was with Martins Bank. Martins was absorbed into Barclays. I eventually was disenchanted with Barclays and transferred my account to Lloyds Bank. I am so glad I did! I do hope Lloyds don't start hitting me with this ****!

Mushrix (@The_Mushrix) reported@c38364176 @Wakerifes @BarclaysUK You donβt want to maximize happiness among the people? The only line we cannot cross is making it a legal issue. But if you intentionally donβt use their pronouns just to make them feel bad your a bad human being

Claire Wileman (@ClaireWileman) reported@ARTHURMARTHA4 @KevinWiles17 @BarclaysUK Nope, not my job. I will just put you down as transphobic
-
π (@mintopinion) reported@AdrianD444 @LoobyPainting @BarclaysUK referred to as a 'he' until I say otherwise (I'm a 'she'). So online, pronouns are *more* important because you can't see the person, and all you get is a profile picture (or lack of, in your case) so make sure you help people out! xo

Bob βπ»π¬π§ (@mercianrevival) reported@BarclaysUK What ******** does this have to do with banking?

Andrew Whyte (@LongExposures) reported@Robin_PR @BarclaysUK @Barclays Yes. But don't expect leaving to be simple or quick. It took our organisation 9 months to close our a/c due to the bank's appalling service and repeated errors
