  @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff

  4/7 through emails, phone calls, socials… and never received any response… only automated "email acknowledged" type messages, nothing more. Today as a last resort I have just tried to call the bank I used for for the purchase @BarclaysUK, hoping for support, but they said

  Anyone else having issues with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I went to my app to check my bank did my Face ID asked for my passcode I did that. It loaded my account then kicked me out and said I’m not registered. I just had to register again!
