    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @BarclaysUK Went to King's Lynn branch tried to pay in £100 machine ate money ,eventually someone retrieved it ,told to see a cashier got dumped behind a woman paying in change . I left with the money wasted my entire break. 2nd time in 2 months. No chat working either?

    @BarclaysUK Hi suddenly I'm unable to make a payment online via my Barclaycard. Trying to talk to someone on your helpline but waiting now for 15 minutes and despite the continued message from your autobot I'm not able to fix the problem on the app and Chat is also down! Help?

    @BarclaysUK I’ve received a RG21k message when I try to log into my Barclays app. I have been using the app successfully for a few years without any problem. I do not want to have to go into a bank as so many have shut down or have reduced working hours resulting in long queues.

    @BarclaysUK Worse customer service u need to beg for the documents in this modern world you can’t generate #bankstatement you need to call them which they never pick and call back even chat makes u wait for hours to get a single reply. Interim statement takes 48 hrs even in urgency get ready

    I think it has to be said that between @BarclaysUK and @HMRCcustomers they have provided me with probably the worst customer experience in my adult life. Shambolic would be an understatement
