With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

Never had an issue with @BarclaysUK but the one time I go to pay a large sum into my account with cash, the machine stops working and then to be told they can't open the machine till Monday really ruins the whole mood towards the company 😡 now I can't collect my car today 😡😡

@BarclaysUK I subscribed to the Barclay Tech Pack Lite on the 8th of July this year, I made a claim on the 11th of July and the Phone has still not been fixed! They have taken £26 to fix it, £9 a month since July. I have called the company 4 times only to be hung up on! HELP!🤬

Old @BarclaysUK just like with the Premier Rewards Scheme they’ve slowly made the “Blue Rewards” service worse until it offers no real rewards or purpose and will then later end it anyhow citing a lack of interest from consumers in the service.

@BarclaysUK @Barclays the changes to the Blue Rewards product make no sense. You might as well just get rid of the product now…The cashback options are terrible already and now you’re reducing the reward amount…
