Also May be improve the phone line service also?

Not helped by morons who can’t even handle a simple call transfer without dropping the call. One of them clearly working from home but actually at the local Starbucks or something. Nice to see they have competent employees too…

When I phone up all you say it’s been closed. Terrible customer service. Now need to go to go in just to get my own money. Hopefully no issues. 🤬

Refused to show me the pin sentry identify flow and then locked me out. Are banks uniquely bad at building software? Money they make it should be the best on the planet...
