    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    Brilliant customer service from Andrea at @BarclaysUK telephone banking this evening. There was a bit of a wait, but they were super helpful and friendly as we looked into a missing payment to my daughters account.

    @BarclaysUK absolutely terrible Services, on hold for 45 minutes for barclays to lock off the call. I then call back and the wait time is now an hour. Terrible service!

    This is now the 5th time that @BarclaysUK have tried to transfer my in-app chat and the 5th time I have been placed into chat purgatory ("Our service is unavailable"). I now have another ~12-18 hour wait. Utterly shocking service and nobody seems to care.

    .@BarclaysUK I am trying to contact you but when I righ I am told there is a one hour long queue. I tried the Chat function on your website but no-one answered. Do I need to put a letter in the post in order to contact you?

    @BarclaysUK what’s the point hav my chat through app if there’s 2 hour wait and when they reply it’s 2 hours for another answer! Appalling service
