Also May be improve the phone line service also?

Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

They have taken £26 to fix it, £9 a month since July. I have called the company 4 times only to be hung up on! HELP!🤬
