With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

@BarclaysUK Over an hour on the phone and still not sure if Barclays have sorted the problem. Trying to speak to a human at Barclays is tough going, its a long process so make sure you have drinks and snacks handy !

@BarclaysUK I have banked with you for over 25 years. I have a business and current account with you. Only to be told that you can't open a new business account for me and I should go to another bank to open it and then switch back when you can!! Amazing customer service.NOT!

Likewize have sent me two replacements, the first one was *****, and the battery was terrible the second one has a warning on the phone that the screen is not genuine and it’s flickering. The customer advisors are awful! Not a good look Barclays!

@Barclays we sent request on 12 Sept asking for a letter confirming ownership of our account. Without it we can’t collect payments from our members and as a grassroots community club we desperately need to be able to do this. Please can someone help? @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp
