With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

@BarclaysUK Once again (a weekly occurrence) awful service from Barclays Bank. Just went to Sloan Sq branch to pay in old notes to be told to take them to Bank of England!! I pay these old notes in very often in Richmond branch. Barclays is getting beyond a joke now

Slowly losing the will to live trying to open anew joint account after M&S have decided to close their service. Going round & round with @BarclaysUK. Chat bot stupidity, a real person who disappears from the chat, in app phone not working neither does video app. Arggghhh!!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysLDN @BarclaysUK Not to mention, i reached out on the app to the chat help. they gave me conflicting advice in telling f2f meetings were not happening and then telling branches were accepting meetings... they then ended the chat without confirming if i was done

@BarclaysUK I was trying the chat feature over summer 2020 so I assumed the service was down due to large volume of bounce back loans taking precedence. He is not set up for telephone banking so trying to sort this out on his behalf.

So my issue with my @BarclaysUK app has gone from being fixed in 24 hrs to hopefully 5 days…. And the call I was due never happened…… top notch service right there

@BarclaysUK can you assist me please I am struggling to make online payments for a charity and been told by Barclays that they can't help and I should try different browsers. Have made 3 payments and none are going through
