    @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

    @BarclaysUK you are an absolute shambles. Piss poor customer service that even some of your own agents are disappointed by. You couldn’t even arrange a piss up in a brewery.

    How long do you have to be kept on hold to speak to customer services @BarclaysUK before you give up. Currently 38 minutes and counting! And no I don’t have the app! That’s going to require another fruitless phone call. My experience with Barclays recently has been awful!
