Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

Bonko (@colbal1) reported@BarclaysUK anyone else found Barclays impossible to contact. Wanted to change my credit card type, app won't let me ,tried phoning, minimum 90 minute wait, chat online does not work. Not much use if you need to contact,not even an email contact form.
