@BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

@BarclaysUK Tired of all these companies who are there to provide a service like banking, but then trying to educate and preach. It is not their role. Be exemplar at what you are supposed to do, like provide a good customer service and decent savings rates, not jump on a bandwagon.

@BarclaysUK If someone is clearly a biological male or female, I'll call them by that pronoun. If they tell me they identify as something else, that's fine, I'll use that instead. It's not down to me to ask every single person what they prefer to be called.

@BarclaysUK Wtf like really. This American woke nonsense is really annoying right now and YOU are rather alienating your loyal base. F off with your nonsense we are sick of it. Why not just stick to banking and lay off this sh!t.

@BarclaysUK @Barclays shame on you wasting money on this while closing branches to leave pensioners queuing in the rain for half an hour. Virtue-signalling instead of providing a proper banking service. Shame shame shame shame shame shame shame, shame on you.

@BarclaysUK Is #wokism a bank issue now? πŸ€” Where are the pronouns he/him, she/her or they/them in the phrase "We have sent you frequent reminders concerning the settlement of your debt, and up to date, the debt remains unpaid"?

  • ELondonMuslim

@BarclaysUK Sometimes banking and good service are linked. Sometimes they’re not, as in the case of Barclays β€” who are β€œservice fluid”.

@BarclaysUK Maybe if you concentrated on this that are relevant to your business you wouldn't provide such terrible service?
