  @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

  @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help

  @Packology @Barclays @BarclaysUK It won't let you log in without a "mobile" phone number (there is no option to add one), but you can't change anything until you log in. THAT is the problem.

  @BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

  Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻
