    @BarclaysUK Your customer service is utterly appalling a 55 minute unanswered phone call listening to that music then giving up and going into a vastly understaffed branch for 1 hour 20 minutes and still no answer to a very simple query 26 years time to change #Halifax

    @AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.

    @Johux21 @BarclaysUK I agree. am writing to complain about this awful situation- very discriminatory for anyone vulnerable, with disabilities, elderly or simply without unlimited time and energy.

    @ImpactPRM @BarclaysUK I am overseas and I have been facing this issues it's been two months that I can't get hold of phone banking officer, I had requested for a new card and it's been two months that I can't access money in my account.
