    @BarclaysUKHelp Thank you - I would but I'm not going to download and install an App just to make a complaint - This does highlight the issue of making it as difficult as possible for customers to contact someone who can help. Which is how it feels as a @barclaysuk customer now unfortunately.

    My @BarclaysUK counter now closes at 2pm, I got there at 2.03pm. The member of staff guarding the door told me to go 3 doors down to the PO, who wouldn’t give me any change. Literally just wanted a bag of pound coins & some info about a bank transfer. Which when given -incorrect!

    @BarclaysUK why there is no priority service for people with disabilities at your branches? Can you dedicate just one counter for people who are depositing coins?! Many of the services still require customers to go to branches so live with it!

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp just spent 40 mins on the phone trying to sort out the fact you won’t let me use the app for you to cut me off! Great customer service and a lovely way to spend my day off 👍

    @BarclaysUK thanks for the policy of not returning cards from c/point. I helped an elderly gent who fell behind me - bank wouldn’t return card as said I wasn’t a Barclays customer, unable to shop for Christmas now!

    @BarclaysUK Hello, Death Notice for my brother İsmail Girgin, your deceased bank customer, was made by his heir Yağmur Aras last week. Death Certificate, Inheritance, Identity Information, Request Petition have been uploaded to the system. When and how will the answer on the subject come?

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays why are you decimating Cornish Banks? The closure of Liskeard leaves Looe, Saltash & all the outlying villages without service? This bank always has a queue, always busy, so no silly excuse like everyone banks online 1..

    @BarclaysUK We have been trying to get hold of Wales and West Business Relations for days and all we get is an answerphone message. No reply. No human contact. Awful customer service. Please sort it out and let us talk to a human. I await your help.
