    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    Damn @LloydsBank now have a £500 bank switch offer on their premier account. I already am a premier customer and certain I have done a bank switch already since Jan 2023. Did @BarclaysUK switch a few months ago and got £400.
