    Getting stuff sorted at @BarclaysUK is impossible. Branch tell me to call then they tell me to go in branch it’s laughable It’s the reason I’ve moved to starling and trying to get the rest of the family to follow

    @BarclaysUK I'm actually embarrassed for you about how pathetic your helpline service is. All I'm trying to do is order a new PIN Sentry device for onkline banking and it's like climbing Everest backwards blindfolded in a bloody straight jacket. Absolutely shocking service.

    @BarclaysUK trying for 3 days to use the video app to open an act for a 11yr old.I wait in the queue only for it to repeatedly show a tech error! Tonight was the last straw after waiting since 1730 How do I go about making an appt pls? Branch said end Sept which is too far.

    Well done to @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK who after asking me to take my msgs to DM & I explained that my phone calls to Bereavement Support were cut off & had 2 hour waiting times. They again referred me to same Dept using same Tel No & waiting times with NO offer to call me back
