    @BarclaysUK Well this is weird, the contact info page gives no email address. The phone number has long waiting times and the app chat requires a login code i dont have. The only communications method they give that will work is Twitter - so here goes.

    @BarclaysUK Hi suddenly I'm unable to make a payment online via my Barclaycard. Trying to talk to someone on your helpline but waiting now for 15 minutes and despite the continued message from your autobot I'm not able to fix the problem on the app and Chat is also down! Help?

    @BarclaysUK I have been on the phone for 1hr and 40 mins. I spoke to one of yours for 2mins, put on hold for 10 mins spoke to different person for 2mins and she put the phone down on me. Problem unresolved. What the actual f#@ck are you paying this useless customer service for?

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    @WhichUK My husband got scammed out of 21,000 (cryptocurrency)and the bank won’t help him either in fact they made it so much harder @BarclaysUK

    Imagine banking with @Barclays @BarclaysUK Being Stranded in Greece with no access to money because your physical and digital cards aren't working and Not 1 single person in Barclays willing to help you out - Laughable Absolutely Abysmal

    @BarclaysUK I’ve received a RG21k message when I try to log into my Barclays app. I have been using the app successfully for a few years without any problem. I do not want to have to go into a bank as so many have shut down or have reduced working hours resulting in long queues.
