    @BarclaysUK you closed down my account for inactivity without informing me, asked me to go to a branch and when I got there asked to wait 1 hour while your receptionist claim that “thats my version of the story “ ?

    @BarclaysUK Disgraceful service from Reading, Broad St. Waited 2 months for appointment to add partner to account.Arrived early. 1/2 hour after we should’ve been seen, told assistant given a different customer! No apology. We will now take our money & business elsewhere. 🖕🏽

    I'm now making my way through the awful @BarclaysUK phone menu system for the 3rd time because I've been hung up on twice now. Over 5 minutes of navigating menus, recorded messages and useless bots before I even get in the queue to talk to a human! Total shambles.
