    @BarclaysUK If @BarclaysUK had any concern for their customers they’d stop wasting money on frivolous promotion and start investing in customer service staff to address their 11 hour waits. I only wish I was joking. And don’t say that’s exceptional. It is not. Don’t lie.

    @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a 9 months pregnant customer, court hearing with @BarclaysUK in 2 weeks. @BarclaysUK missed court deadline in February to provide information to us for 3rd party debt order filed against it. Still no reply from your court orders team!
