    @BarclaysUK I have questions about the Switching service that I can’t find elsewhere, I’ve tried ringing and get directed to chat in the app, except my app apparently has no chat!

    Another diabolical customer banking experience with @BarclaysUK - still my problems not resolved, still being ignored, still have to call up every morning to hit another banking brick wall - the worst customer service I've ever experienced

    @BarclaysUK It’s not working at all. It’s not available in the App and I m told I can’t go to branch to open an account. So My daughter is a bit stuck bank accounts wise

    @BarclaysUK if you are going to bin off your phone support, and at the end of every number press just redirect to the online chat service, AT LEAST have people available to actually help. Over 45 minutes to adjust a direct debit, and it’s still not done yet!!

    Hi @BarclaysUK I need to close my account as I no longer live UK. However, I've been dropped 4 times before I get to a human calling your help line and "secure messages" function online isn't working. Please advice asap as I thought my account has been closed last year

    I am SICK of bad service. Even when you complain, they don’t care. Then we wonder why retail is in crisis and consumer confidence is at a low. I can see why many don’t bother to feedback. Main culprits are @BarclaysUK @UberEats and @IKEAUKSupport sick of it

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp As your customer you make it difficult / impossible to get hold of someone on the phone then when you provide the method of communication they don't respond to me. This is appalling service.

    @barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.
