    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK It’s taken a month to review my account and confirm if i’m approved for a credit card.Been a customer for 15 years! Might be a good time to change.Very disappointed with your lead time and updates. If declined,please just tell me. Wouldn’t recommend!

    @BarclaysUK - PLEASE HELP. I’m continuously sent text about an account statement and get emails occasionally. I thought I’d closed all my accounts with you years ago. I’ve not used you since I was about 16 (I’m 40 now) I can’t call you as I don’t to my knowledge have an account!

    @DragonPassInt @BarclaysUK Opened Travel plus pack 5 months ago and still no membership set up. Had £90 compensation after over 20 calls but still no membership or lounge access. Why am I sorting out all your admin?

    Can honestly say @BarclaysUK customer service is way way below the service I got from @HSBC_UK utterly mind blowing how bad.

    @BarclaysUK how long is your app going to be messed up? Doesn’t show me all transactions when I click through & also get an error code when I try and see my own cards in app. Been like it for ages!

    @BarclaysUK sold an order through the app, withdrew it to my current account and the money has vanished into thin air without ever transferring. Furthermore, now I cant access my orders without the app giving me an error.

    @BarclaysUK Hi. I need to withdraw £3,000 cash. The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. Who should I contact? Thanks

    @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & it’s a new apple phone bought from apple. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

    @BarclaysUK chat support in the app just been horrendous recently. Whenever I try to connect with a human the AI chatbot seems to ask a few questions then assume stupid requests and end it with - we can’t connect you with someone at the moment.

    @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.
