@GoSkippy Your really struggling arnt you . No phone lines and you can't issue refund . Im sure @MartinSLewis can go through step by step how to process a refund of someone else's money or even @BarclaysUK can give you a helping hand to . They deal with this on a daily basis

@BarclaysUK not only block my dads card for no reason. Made us drag an 83 yr old who is disabled to the bank to during a pandemic and when get him there refuse him to take money our of his own account because a complaint has been put in. Where's the call for the complaint?
