big thanks to the @BarclaysUK customer service agent who got my mum to clear cache to fix logging into online banking but didn't explain it would log her out of every website worried mother on the phone at 8am because she has "lost everything" some additional training required

@BarclaysUK still struggling with my mortgage. The staff are making mistake after mistake. Worst customer service. Extremely disappointed and currently would not recommend for a mortgage
