Credit where it's due, @BarclaysUK were able to offer clear advice for my elderly Aunt who never noticed her details were incorrect 🤦and @BarclaysUKHelp signposted us quickly and clearly to the right service to sort this, big thanks to the hub in Deal who sorted the problem!! 🎉

@BarclaysUK thanks to Ben at your kendal branch for his ridicule of 3 waiting customers for closing your desk at 1400,. Suppose the sign says closed and your not a stationary store comments belittling customers that have had to travel because of bank closures,. Poor service

@afrozefz the emoji use is really bizarre @BarclaysUK and the offer of support also seems to be negligible - do you not actually have any policies on what to do in situations where people leave abusive partners? or is it just performative offers of "support"
