  @welburnoldfart @BarclaysUK Yo ! - Went there twice last month. One of the most useless helplines in the UK - no bloody help at all. Two subsequent visits to nearest branch were not at all helpful - very negative attitudes. Unfortunately "customer service" in the UK is largely a time-wasting joke. 🤬

  @BarclaysUK please can you help me with paying in a cheque on your app. The photo feature is terrible, I can’t possible take a clearer straighter image and the app distorts it. Any suggestions?

  @BarclaysUK shocked to discover today that if your are a regular customer it is no longer possible to call the bank if you have the app. Is this true? Chat is not chat - it is messaging service from poorly trained overseas centre. #leaving

  @BarclaysUK Hello. Could you let me know when you expect to fix the cheque paying in facility on the app? I had a text to say it’s fixed but it still won’t let you take a photo of the cheque - it just closes the app. Thanks!
