    .@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

    @BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

    My @BarclaysUK counter now closes at 2pm, I got there at 2.03pm. The member of staff guarding the door told me to go 3 doors down to the PO, who wouldn’t give me any change. Literally just wanted a bag of pound coins & some info about a bank transfer. Which when given -incorrect!

    @BarclaysUK Customer of 50 years here. Your Fraud Dept sent new card last monday, not arrived. Say all they can do is send another. In the strike hit Xmas post? How am I supposed manage without access to my own money?

    Business queue in Barclays Newcastle is a joke ! Only 2 members staff working and the funny thing is most of walk in branch has closed down. Barclays Bank could you do something about this ? @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK your Brixton branch is closed today, for the second day in a row. There was no indication of this on your website so 20+ people turned up this morning in the freezing cold weather needing help with their banking and you couldn’t provide that.

    @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

    Just had a call from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp . They said they want to talk to me about my account and wanted me to answer security questions. I asked how would would I know he is from @BarclaysUKHel_ and not a Scam. I asked him if he working at home . He said Yes!
