    @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

    @BarclaysUK u f..king suck, you wont issue a refund for a fraudulent transaction, customer service is ๐Ÿ’ฉ towards my mom and you constantly make me in overdrawn when I have no money to pay my phone bill even when I've contacted both sides

    @BarclaysUK I just updated my banking app on my iPhone & the login page for the passcode no longer shows that greeting that I set so that it would reassure me that it was the genuine site. Is this deliberate?

    @BarclaysUK 2h+ on calls with the support and I still can't get access to my bank account. Almost a year and there's nobody in the whole company that can solve a simple issue. #worstBankEver

    Good Morning @BarclaysUK just a quick question do all your business accounts able to have online access as. Someone i know has a business account with you and went to their local branch and was told their account is unable to have online access. Is this correct?
