Only bank in Grantham with a queue outside..Why? .. because the advisor was restricting access while 3 atm stood unused. Advisor very dismissive when I highlighted this plus the massive queue down the road...Shambles!

Stedge (@SteJone8) reported@BarclaysUK I was trying the chat feature over summer 2020 so I assumed the service was down due to large volume of bounce back loans taking precedence. He is not set up for telephone banking so trying to sort this out on his behalf.
