After all this debating leaving @BarclaysUK for the first time since I opened a bank account Their online support is appalling (hours of going round in circles with multiple people) and it’s impossible to get them on the phone. Any UK based banks worth switching to?

Appealing service from @BarclaysUK tonight.. 7 hours on the chat service and still no resolution.. 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and then they tell me I'm too late and to call back tomorrow. An unauthorised payment has taken my money and my child has no food!!

@BarclaysUK Was told to come into your branch to speak to someone as you couldn't provide a service online. Turned up, with proof and witness & the only person who could do it couldn't do it as they don't have time. Was told it would only take 10 mins. What!? @BarclaysUKHelp

Hey @BarclaysUK - thanks to the excuse of covid, you’ve closed down my local Barclays branch. Where can I now go in South Wales to deposit cash into my bank account? Unfortunately the app doesn’t work for everything…
