Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

I called earlier and after an hour in the queue they said it was approved and would be paid at 6pm today but it hasn't. Eeeeep!

Ironically, when I left Barclays (due to this issue) I moved to Nationwide. I was disappointed to learn that they used the same company to fulfil the mobile phone insurance.

Tried telephone. Tried internet - #legacysystems broken. Now at branch - no progress yet 😳
