    @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

    @BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.

    Hello @BarclaysUK your new app update sucks. You can no longer see what your balance was after each transaction. You make it almost impossible for customers to send feedback, so sending a message here.
