Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

Every telephone number has been decommissioned, and I'm told to ring telephone banking. The first thing telephone banking tells me is to try chat. NOT OK.
