@BarclaysUK you close my 91 mother in laws bank then you make it impossible to sort out an appointment at her local branch for online banking. It's a joke! We need help with this ASAP #appaling you don't deserve her business. Please DM me to get this sorted

@cozmo0_4 @MoneySavingExp @BarclaysUK Don't even log the complaint with them. They will close it straight away saying it's the process issue not the bank fault. They will re-assure that the feedback is important and nothing will change.... Terrible bank.

@TheFMofficer @BarclaysUK I bank with them personally used to have a business account with them . I agree with you. 5000 grand disappeared from my business account , all the missing transactions made to " Mr Green " gambling site . I did get the money deposited back in my bank though

@BarclaysUK -switched my account away from @NatWest_Help and the switch service has meant my outstanding balance has not transferred over, so I’m without funds. Your CS told me it could be days before I have money in my account. Maybe don’t sell the switch service as seamless.
