    @BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

    @BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.

    Can honestly say @BarclaysUK customer service is way way below the service I got from @HSBC_UK utterly mind blowing how bad.

    @JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

    @BarclaysUK I want to close my account, I have a credit card with £0 balance. Your phone lines are only Mon-Fri and the app help section literally has not worked for weeks. Incredibly frustrating

    @rcgarage280328 I've also had a good experience of @BarclaysUK customer services recently with a dispute due to incorrect payment details sent. Very impressed!

    @BarclaysUK what the helk is going on now? Why is banking DOWN YET AGAIN? My balance is showing as Nil yet I know there is money available, I will be looking for a new bank as from today!
