Just reported 2 new #iOS16 issues. There is no start/end dictation sound with VoiceOver on my iPhone with magic tap. My @BarclaysUK app crashes instantly if VoiceOver is enabled. Dictation does give haptic feedback but many elderly users can't feel haptics.

@BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

@BarclaysUK was looking to move to your premier Avios account but your service is diabolical. Couldn’t be setup over the phone, advised to go to the Glasgow branch - when arrived I was told to come back in 5 weeks for the next available appointment, thank goodness for @monzo

A thread 🧵 for @BarclaysUK For over eight weeks, the sale of land in the U.K. has been stalled due to a small amount of debt. @Barclays @BarclaysUK are the owners of this debt, but they don’t have it in their system, and NOT ONE PERSON is stepping up to help us solve it.

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays - I found a debit card for your customer on the floor - I've been on hold for 20 mins to your line trying to report it lost for her - this is so VERY wrong. You have asked me to type details of the card into phone twice - EXTREMELY wrong.
