    @BarclaysUK chat support in the app just been horrendous recently. Whenever I try to connect with a human the AI chatbot seems to ask a few questions then assume stupid requests and end it with - we can’t connect you with someone at the moment.

    @BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?

    WARNING: The @BarclaysUK Travel Pack is not fit for purpose. I'm currently stranded abroad in a legal emergency and the "Emergency Assistance" is non-existent. Paid for a service that leaves you vulnerable when you need it most. Avoid at all costs.

    Hey @BarclaysUK Your web site says ~"Message us" to contact 'us'. Well, you may like to know that clicking on the button "Message" does nothing. As someone who used to work for a main bank in IT I find this unforgivable.

    @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.
