This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. Jema (@jemmabondc) reported@BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?

She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting
