    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK My teen got a new device and tried to register on the app again but it comes up with error RP029 saying she’s registered the max amount of times which I believe is 6. She only got the app for the 1st time this year, there’s no way she’s had 6 devices!

    @BarclaysUK. You send out demanding/intimidating letters telling customers to ring you, and then there are no agents to answer the call. Inhuman. NOT customer focused
