@BarclaysUK @nectar bet you wish you hadn’t bothered partnering with @British_Airways right about now. ExecClub offline for over a week, no comms and impossible to contact them. Perhaps one of you can contact Sean Doyle and get him to put a rocket up someone’s backside!

@BarclaysUK Wanna help 1 of your account holders reduce their massive carbon footprint? I spend £250/300 a month on petrol. Most of that is while my car idles and accelerates at work. A £5K loan means £20/month. The only catch is I was discharged from bankruptcy in March.

@BarclaysUK hi, just been into my local branch, the only one you haven't closed down that is,first time since lock down and it's pretty obvious you don't want customers.i am not interested in apps and contact less payments, don't trust them,maybe time for a move

Oh FFS... @BarclaysUK @Barclays you chat customer service is atrocious!! I advise that I would be sleeping soon as its 7hrs after my initial contact today(1900 through to 0200) and would reply when I wake...however this was ignored and I just picked up the 'chat closed' message

@BarclaysUK Absolutely fuming at barclays tech pack! I pay £14.50 a month for a non existent service. I started a claim in September which has still not be completed due to their appalling customer service!

@KRihanoff @BarclaysUK Move to another bank, Kristina. I was with Barclays once. Dreadful customer service. Had you also noticed they're always the first with any change that benefits them and not their customers.? It's Barclays every time. Just dreadful.

@Scott_Helme @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I sent around 30 emails/messages and spent approx 16hours over 1month. Each person wanted to start from the beginning and no one would deal with it. Then one person sent a letter to the incorrect address and it was treated as a data breach. Awful service.
