Why do I have to explain to @BarclaysUK staff that the chip and sign cards they issue don't magically have a hidden PIN that is used sometimes. Here's a hint. A chip and sign card with a pin is called a CHIP AND PIN CARD. It's not a sign card if it has a pin in any form.

Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?

walked 2km to the open but not counter today @BarclaysUK to get a cheque deposit envelope so I can walk out again, down the road to a post office to pay in a cheque. "we don't have those, we have to order them in" days Barclays staff. so now walking the 2km home again.

@BarclaysUK Appalling customer service this week! Made a simple request via chat to arrange a large cash withdrawal, 3 days later still not sorted, visited the bank and collection not available. Branches being closed, staff reduced, hours in replying. Been with you 35 years 😡😡
