Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

Robbie Black (@robbiebblack) reported@toontotown @BarclaysUK Had exactly the same problem mate. Their Chat service allows you to create/write your message but then Barclays reply when they want too. I found that so frustrating my only option left was to go speak our local branch.

Don't most businesses work outside these hours??? Your rivals don't have this problem. Don't use @BarclaysUK!!! Will sort and close accounts.
