@BcardBusiness @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat what an absolute joke. Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

@BarclaysUK new customer and new card tried to use it blocked already after 2 purchases. Now on hold waiting to speak to an agent. Holding over 15 minutes and still no answer when told it would be 5 mins. Great service this. Stuck trying to pay for a new car tyre! Thanks.

@BarclaysUK I’ve just spent 20 minutes on phone trying to report a potential fraud , I was eventually transferred to customer service , they investigated and found a problem m, went off to talk to someone else then cut me off

How many calls do people normally have to make to @BarclaysUK to actually get a problem solved? They appear to only be able to send messages to each other, not actually pick up the phone. I suspect it's because they're all WFT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

@RedRoseMichelle @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Switched to Starling due to the benefits of overseas use. Yes there’s no branches and it’s all through the app/over the phone but they’re very quick to help and respond. Person I actually had to contact was based in the UK, too.
