@BcardBusiness @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat what an absolute joke. Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

And @CompaniesHouse! You might want to pause recommending @BarclaysUK as a business bank account provider given they are currently unable to offer that service... and apparently have been for the past couple of months.

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.
