  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

  Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

  @BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?
