Apparently I can only shop online now if I validate a transaction via your app (previously three options incl. text). Whatever happened to choice and putting the customer first.

So clearly this isn’t a situation you need to see me in person! Phone rep says it’s due to my new mobile device. I’ve used it for 2+ weeks now!!
