    Hey @BarclaysUK you have shut a load of you banks and now have one person serving at #SuttonColdfield branch on the first Monday after lockdown. This is a shambles. Cash machines not working also. Who is managing this place

    Well that's my @Barclaycard cancelled... Circumstances and wage has not changed, never missed a payment.. Credit limit was going from £2500 down to £250! Kept it for emergency car repairs etc.. £250 won't get me much at all... FU @BarclaysUK I'll go elsewhere!

    @dalmenycars @BarclaysUK @MartinSLewis I would completely under stand if I was a bad customer/payer, but I’m not as I’m sure most people are not.

    @BarclaysUK @_CurtisWilko Is this still relevant. Been on the phone all day. Got through 3 times spoke to staff, out on hold. And CUT OFF AGAIN. Common Barclays, this is appalling service.

    @BarclaysUK The service we received was terrible. Very unfriendly and unhelpful gentleman when my husband rang. We have taken our custom elsewhere. Not impressed with Barclays at all.

    Why is @BarclaysUK so bad with business banking??? Been trying to add trustees/directors’ signatories on the account for months now and it’s proven to be a more challenging and stressful process than it’s needs to be 😩 Can anyone recommend better customer service for a CIC/CIO?

    @BarclaysUK what sort of joke is your Online chat? Spent 3 and a half hours and spoke to 6 people who kept asking the me same thing just to get a fraud case opened. This is ridiculous, not fit for purpose. Just delete this service
