@BarclaysUK I keep seeing this and, for the love of, well, words, please rewrite this tweet. I assume Tredz is a business/website? If so, this tweet should read 'Tredz is'. Your editorial team is better than a mistake like this.

@BarclaysUK "Thinking long-term" seems also to be the #Barclaycard approach to customer service. Why resolve a simple issue now - when you can wait and wait until the customer in frustration closes down their account?

@BarclaysUK M how can you send a debit card twice to the wrong address ?! I still need to be able to speak to someone to sort this out in the meantime I have no access to my money!

@BarclaysUK Barclays is an e.g. of a scammer. The service they deliver is very different to what they advertise. They don't say up front forget anyone at a call centre taking your call promptly. They don't tell you that you can cook a 3 course meal whilst waiting for your call to be answered

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays - I found a debit card for your customer on the floor - I've been on hold for 20 mins to your line trying to report it lost for her - this is so VERY wrong. You have asked me to type details of the card into phone twice - EXTREMELY wrong.

Had absolutely atrocious service in @BarclaysUK @barclays this afternoon. Absolutely no concept of making reasonable adjustments for disabled son.

What an absolute shambles the customer service at @BarclaysUK is. For a company that claims to be hot on security, try reporting a lost card or fraudulent transaction... The app clears every chat and they seldom answer the phone...

@BarclaysUK do you support withdrawals from crypto exchanges? Looking to move my banking to an establishment that does. Thanks

Plus it's been over 14 days since I've last had any contact with the barclays team, via messenger a service which @BarclaysUKHelp and @BarclaysUK is set up to help clients contact them, to resolve issues, and it was @BarclaysUK that invited me here to discuss the issues we have!
