    @BarclaysUKHelp After being on the phone for over an hour asking to speak to a manager on several occasions @BarclaysUK keep telling me 'x icant reach one at the minute,when I asked how many managers are live, I was told 4 .... 4 managers and not knew could assist ...poor customer service.

    @BarclaysUK Apple Messages not working. I wish to assist a customer of your Horncastle Branch to register a Lasting Power of Attorney with the Bank. He is very old and I plan to bring him to the branch. We will need an appointment. I look forward to meaningful contact please
