@BarclaysUK is there an email address I can email? It’s in regards to a refund letter I got. Phoned customer service and was terrible, sent over 1 hour and passed around 6 people.

@BarclaysUK avoid tech pack insurance with Barclays through bright star insurance wherever possible on hold for over an hour everytime! Say they have sorted the problem abd then debit £400 out of your account for no reason but will not answer the phone!!! Worst customer service!

@BarclaysUK I have been receiving letters about an outstanding payment. Firstly I don't remember opening a Barclays credit card account and if I did, it has been a long time and no payments should be outstanding. I don't have any idea what my login details will be. Can you help?
