    Wait on hold for 15-20 mins for @BarclaysUK to answer the phone gor a simple query, get through to George, who promptly cuts me off 🤬. I suppose I’ll have to start again. Good customer service? #pathetic

    @BarclaysUK everyone stay away from barclaycard. worst customer service imaginable. really save yourselves the hassle, not worth it at all

    @MarkM1177 @BarclaysUK In our experience Barclays only use “it’s policy” when it suits them - and manage not to follow policy when it’s important for the customer.

    @BarclaysUK I'm trying to reach your customer care regarding issues with debit card txn for 4 days now without luck. Tried everything - app, website.. everything redirects me to your call line which keeps me on hold for 20+mins and then disconnects.

    @BarclaysUK HEEEYYYY Whyyyy CAN'T BARCLAYS NOT HELP ME and I Have An Urgent issue and they actually want a Card Statement due to Verification it says due to UNUSUAL Payment activity and to REMOVE the HOLD From my Amazon account

    Hi @BarclaysUK - I’m trying to close my credit card account, apparently this can ONLY be done through the chat service, which is unavailable. Why do you make this so impossible?

    @BarclaysUK I went and drew money out of a @santanderuk cash machine but never got the money! I’m now down on my account and have no money! Can’t get through to anyone and the app doesn’t help at all! Not happy

    @BarclaysUK trying to open a Premier Account but the website tells me I have to use the App, the app doesn't let me do anything beyond my current credit card... the online help is for Apple users only... not feeling the love
