@LikewizeRepair @BarclaysUK ordered a replacement phone through Barclays Tech Pack. All good until #DPD became involved. Told that delivery would be made today. No attempt made and picture provided to prove they tried is just a blur. No interest from DPD. Dreadful service.

@BarclaysUK & the worst customer service award goes to…….. 3 attempts, twice ‘mysteriously’ cut off & 3.5 hours of my life I’ll never get back!! Disgrace … surely with all the with all these branches closures you’ve got the ££ to hire more (better) staff?

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Hi my account is blocked with error RG21M. I have contacted so many times and it's been 2 weeks that my account is blocked. It is very frustrating for me and I am very disappointed with the Barclays Team. I have given all the information they need.

@MrsShukky @BarclaysUK Apparently it is sometimes still there… but I haven’t had it offered for a while… I assume this new “service” has reduced the interest free one. I’m still avoiding all Barclays services since the 80s and South Africa

@BarclaysUK Barclays Absolute joke of a bank. Appalling customer service again. Inconveniencing the customer under the guise of it is in their interest. Closing the accounts as soon as possible and suggest everyone else do the same. #CustomerService

@BarclaysUK Hopeless customer service. Logged a complaint last week. Got call to confirm how would be resolved. Not resolved. Have spent over 6 hours on ‘Chat’, going round in circles trying to resolve, and system now ‘down’.

@BarclaysUK Hello. It's virtually impossible to get in touch with you in order to simply change a contact number on one of our accounts. We can't wait by the phone all day for someone at your end to send a message, and your online-Chat service isn't much use either I'm afraid.
