.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

@BarclaysUK I don't see any difference from endless similar stories I am hearing about. The same paranoid suspicions and the same arrogance towards an innocent customer. Apparently they have a reputation for this. Stay well clear.
