@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I called in bang on 7am which is your ‘most quietest time’. Told the wait is 5-10mins and 45mins later guess what… I’m STILL on hold! A silly admin error on your side has now cost me over £2000. Terrible customer service!

@BarclaysUK can you tell me why you have been sending me text messages about an account. When I ring up to ask why they tell me they can’t help me, I can’t make a compliant or stop the messages? I don’t have an account. I was told texts seem legit when I rang.

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp on your website it says "To make a chargeback claim by phone, call us on 0345 734 5345 (+44 24 7684 2100 outside the UK). Lines are open 24/7." - Well I just called and it says your lines are open 8am to 8pm - not 24/7

Seems that the @BarclaysUK KYC team have messed up big time. Online access lost for loads of customers even though they have “successfully completed” the process. Great!
